was the perfect home for our family! Being an end unit and only connected
by the garage really gives our house a single home feel.
We have enjoyed transforming and updating our home over the past 7 years.
The renovated kitchen allows so much more counter space and storage which
has been so useful as our family grew and updating the main washroom really
gives our homes a fresh modern feel.
We both enjoy entertaining and found the open living room/dinning room the
perfect space to host events and spend time with family and friends. However,
I feel as though we will miss our backyard the most - the perfect space for
soaking up the sun, relaxing in the pool and BBQing. Expanding our deck really
made the space more enjoyable and the pool that much more inviting!
The cherry on-top is the location! We are so close to so many stores that
you do not have to travel far to complete errands and go shopping (Canadian
Tire, Walmart, and multiple grocery stores). It is also walking distance
to many parks, Ruth E Dickinson Library and Walter Baker Sports Centre which
we visited frequently with our daughter.
We are sad to go and hope the new owners enjoy this house as much as we did.
